There is a limit of 100 participants for the event.
All selected presenters for the event will automatically earn a reserved spot on the roster.
Doors will open Saturday, April 1st at 8:00 am.
All participants will sign in at the front desk in the Lobby of the TPSS Center.
Those presenting should check in at the "Presenter's Table" after signing in.
Opening Ceremonies will begin at 8:15 am.
Everyone must be present by this time in order to participate in the event.
All participants will receive 6 CLUs and 6 tech points for attending the full day.
Teachers must sign in at 8:00 am and stay until dismissal at 12:00 pm to earn points.
Those who leave early will not receive points, and will not be eligible to win door prizes.
A sign out sheet will be presented upon dismissal.
On the day of the event, it is important to arrive early. Parking in the front of the building is limited. After the main parking lot in the front is full, participants may use the parking lot in the rear of the building. Please remember to remove all personal items from your car and always lock your doors for precautions.
When entering and exiting the site from the highway, please drive slowly and keep to the right as you turn. The entry way needs to be clear so that traffic can flow both in and out of the parking lot.
Participants may wear comfortable summer clothes to the event. This includes capris and shorts. Wearing Flip Flops to the event is not a requirement, but they are surely welcome!
We are looking for flip flops of all design, shape, and color! The more dazzling, the better.
The highlight of Flip Flop PD is having the opportunity to learn from our very own Tangi Teachers.

Presenters will receive Tech Points as follows:
1 Solo Presentation (50 min): 5 points
1 Co-presentation (50 min): 2.5 points
50 minute classes will be held in the Meeting Room, Computer Lab, or Tech Office. Presenters will have access to a Presentation Station (computer attached to a white board, speakers, iPad, document camera). Participants will have access to computers and/or iPads.
When not presenting, you will attend the presentations of others.
All proposals are due by Friday, March 17th to be considered for selection.
Today is Tuesday, March 28, 2017.
Those chosen to present will receive notification by Tuesday, March 21st.
The tech department will run off any copies, pamphlets, or information that may accompany your lesson.
