academic and counseling programs, as well as
working collaboratively with postsecondary

immediate entry into the workforce,
postsecondary education, and/or further

OUR MISSION:
The Louisiana
Department of Education, Career and
Technical Education Section, strives to
provide all students a challenging,
relevant, meaningful, and seamless education
that will help them become lifelong learners
and productive citizens of the 21st Century.
