1. Login to your Tangischools Outlook Exchange account from the homepage
2.On the top navigation bar click the "Options" button or icon.

3. Make sure you click "Messaging" in the left hand navigation pane and then go to the second section "E-mail Signature".

4. Hit the "Enter" key once to drop down one line to begin your signature. Put some kind of dividing line first, so that your email message will be separated from your signature. Get creative!! Now type your name and your contact information and format the font as you like.

 

This is your professional email account, so you are allowed to put contact information, job title, etc. Special inspirational quotes, bible verses, mottos, etc. are not allowed. You may put your school's mission statement if you would like.

5. When you have everything like you want it, make sure you click to put a checkmark in the box in front of "Automatically include my signature on outgoing messages."  Then go to the top left hand side of the window and click "Save"

 
6. At any time you can go back into "Options" and edit your E-mail signature.
