Prom:  This year’s prom will be held Saturday, April 8 from 8:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M. at the SLU Student Union Ball Room.  Juniors and seniors may purchase tickets during the lunch block.  This year’s theme is “A Black Tie Affair”.

Ticket Price

·         HHMS Students: $30 per student

·         Non-HHMS Student Price: $40 per guest

Test Run Through - Thursday, March 16:  Students must complete bubbling to  take ACT or Pre-Act Test 

 Athletics:   

•      Baseball- March 14th vs. Slidell High at 6:30 pm

•      Softball – The Lady Tors Softball Team will be heading to Mandeville to take on the Lady Skippers for 330pm- March 14th

•      Track & Field – March 16th Pearl River

•      Tennis –  Arcbishop Hannan at Hammond Oak Knoll, March 16th

•      HHMS Soccer awards banquet will be held Friday March 31st at Trey Yuen from 6 - 8pm. All players, JV and Varsity, are eligible to attend. Tickets are $15.00 per person and may be purchased from Mr. Jacocks, senior players attend for free but still need to see Mr. Jacocks for tickets.

•      Swim Team - team members from last year and anyone interested in joining the team for next year, there will be a short meeting inn room 241 Thursday after school.

•      4-H Club- If you are eligible to attend the 4-H Fest and would like to compete in any of the contests, please see Ms. Harris or Mrs. Chaney to register.  The deadline to register is Friday, March 24, 2017.  All ELIGIBLE members are encouraged to compete.. 

•      Key Club: will take the club picture Tuesday afternoon after the meeting, please have your club t-shirt with you. Next club meeting is Tuesday March 14th Check email for other upcoming events.

It's a moving thing, but still and all, it takes its shape from the shore it meets, and it's different with every shore.” To celebrate Black History Month, Book club will be discussing Zora Neale Hurston's novel Their Eyes Were Watching God on February 27th from 2:30-4:00.
