Fine Arts Woods Expedition 2008- 2009
Outdoor Learning Day
Ms. Desiree and Ms. Sweetman
teach the children about music and movement in one of the
stations during Outdoor Learning.
 
One station led by Ms.Fletcher
required the children to collect puzzle pieces and work
together to put the puzzle together. This group worked
hard and showed their enthusiasm when they completed their
task.
Ms. Artie Fellom-Gautier talks
to the children about the Eagle and how they protect their
nest for their whole life span before they begin
their walking tour.
Pictured above is the Eagle's
nest. Some of the children actually saw the Eagle
flying over the nest to protect his family.
Dr.Cynthia Tricou stops the
group to explain some nature while on the walking tour
through the woods. |
