 STEMbite is a YouTube Channel developed by Andrew Vanden Heuvel, one of the original Google Glass Explorers. On this channel, you can find over 60 informative and entertaining brief clips sharing how math and science relate to our everyday life. Though the segments are brief in nature, you will find they are extremeley helpful.  Andrew makes science and math seem easy and fun. Before you know it, the video is over and you're craving for another bite size video.

Wordle is a tool for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes.

Check out the Science Essentials page at the Channel 4 Learning's website. This site covers a wide range of topics in science and explains them in a way that younger students can readily understand. Find out loads more about science by investigating 3 areas: Choose Life, Material World and Get Physical. Each section includes the essential idea accompanied by an illustration. There are also experiments for home or school, vocabulary, a quiz, worksheets for teachers, and an image bank to further illustrate each concept.
